This combined two-unit Scandinavian design at Adriya Residence PIK reimagines luxury by blending Nordic simplicity with personalized functionality. Spanning over 500 sqm, the expansive space combines a light, airy palette with clean lines and natural materials, creating a serene, uncluttered, and welcoming atmosphere that contrasts with the fast-paced city life.

By joining two units, the layout provides an incredibly expansive living area, enhanced by large, wide windows and high ceilings, bringing in maximum natural light. We designed personalized cabinetry featuring glass doors and those are strategically placed to showcase the client's personal collection, adhering to the Scandinavian principle that items should bring joy and beauty.

A dedicated Tea Bar acts as a serene, focal point for relaxation and social interaction. It is designed with customized lighting and open shelves to display premium tea sets, acting as a personal tea lounge within the home.
